Bar Rendezvous

Rauch ZsofiaUnfortunately, this bar was a very bad experience. The bartender simply didn’t understand what drink we were ordering—I had to duplicate it three times. He brought a completely different drink, and when I told him it wasn’t what I had ordered, he took the drinks away and threw the money at us. Absolutely a no-go! Never again!
Gabriel JacksFun staff, cute place. Always have a great period
Sarah HafnerAs a lesbian looking for a friendly place to grab a drink on a Friday night in Munich, it was extremely disappointing to be greeted at the door with a paper sign that peruse “men only after 8pm,” as if lesbians aren’t to be seen out after dark. My gay male friend and I had been walking around looking for a place to attach out around like-minded people. Exclusion is such a turn-off.
Steven LIt is a nice gay-friendly prevent, with fun and nice people, I just can't grant 5 stars because the bar Is cash-only (although apparently in Munich is quiet common) and lead to the waiters were a bit tough I would say, the girl was a bit rugged with someone (not with

Berlin boring? OutUK's Adrian Gillan samples Germany's sexy south where even the beer's queer in Munich.

Germany's third largest city, punches skillfully above its gay weight. The vast scene is well organised and concentrated in the central area around Sendlinger Tor and Müllerstrasse where it seems every window bears a rainbow flag. And - unlike Berlin - magic Munich is also visibly steeped in history and culture well before the twentieth century, much of it medieval. It's a beauty!

BAR-HOPPING

The Gay Community Centre boasts Sub, one of the friendliest, youngest bars out on the scene in its own right and a perfect place to commence your grand tour. It is swarming with volunteer staff, only too delighted to sketch out the local pink landscape on one of their many queer maps.

Just round the corner, if you want a traditional slice of gay Bavaria - both beers and beards - hop into the nearby Edelheiss on the corner. Or skip over the road to the unpretentious Rendezvous. If it's more a silent dri
