Given the high number of applications we are receiving lately, we’re sadly unable to speak to everyone who applies to be on UpDating. That said, below are a few next steps to keep in mind:

1. If there is interest in chasing a conversation, we will achieve out to you to put a screening call.

2. If you would like to upgrade your chances of a assessing call, we highly recommend posting a TikTok or Instagram video for the “OPTIONAL: VIDEO SUBMISSION” portion of casting. Directions are listed on the original casting form you just filled out.

3. If you have not attended a show, we counsel attending as an audience member to get a feel for the show itself (show dates are posted on our website!). You can always end up on stage from the audience as a “date crasher,” where you shoot your shot for one of the casted daters we have on stage. Sometimes, "date crashers" may end up getting casted for future shows.
